Honey Glazed Roast Pork
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco Or Hot Sauce Of Your Choice
- 1 Tablespoon Black Peppercorns Crushed
- 2 pounds Pork Shoulder Roast
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
- Brush the roast generously with the honey mixture.
- Place the roast on a rack in a roasting pan.
- Cook for 90 min.
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 min.
- Slice the roast and baste each slice with cooking juices.
- Remove the rack from the pan and lay the slices in the pan.
- Put back in the oven for about 10 min.
- As I always do with pork recipes I highly recommend using a meat thermometer to determine doneness as you can ruin pork by over cooking it.
