Grilled Salmon with Creamy Avocado Sauce

  1. Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan.
  2. Add salmon and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove salmon and set aside on a plate with a paper towel.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients until a creamy consistency is reached.
  5. Spoon half of sauce mix onto top of each salmon filet.
  6. Enjoy!
