Easter Fruit Salad Recipe
- 16 ounce. can fruit cocktail
- 15 ounce. can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) orange Jello
- 1 c. whipped cream, whipped
- 3 ounce. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. colored marshmallows
- Drain fruits, reserving juices.
- Dissolve Jello in 1 c. warm water.
- Add in reserved juices.
- Chill till well thickened.
- Combine whipped cream and cream cheese.
- Beat Jello till light and fluffy.
- Mix in whipped cream mix.
- Add in fruits and marshmallows.
- Chill till ready to serve.
- Yield: 12 servings.
