Apple Sundae Parfait

• 24 ounces stouffer's frozen harvest apples, cooked and chilled
• 12 teaspoon rum extract or 12 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 quart vanilla ice cream
• 3 tablespoons caramel sauce

1. COMBINE escalloped apples and rum or almond extract.
2. For each sundae parfait, LAYER ice cream, caramel sauce and apple mixture in parfait glass or bowl.
