Glazed Fruit Salad
- 2 20 ounces pineapple chunks
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 3 whole bananas
- 1 cup pecans coarsely chopped
- 3 3/4 pkg (3 oz) instant pudding mix, french vanilla
- Drain pineapple, reserving one cup of juice.
- Combine fruit and pecans in a large bowl;toss gently.
- Combine pudding and reserve pineapple juice in a mixing bowl.
- Beat on high speed of electric mixer, 1 minute.
- Pour pudding mixture over fruit and pecans;toss gently.
- Let it cool in the refrigerator.
