Black Russian Bundt Cake

  1. In large mixer bowl, combine cake ingredients.
  2. Mix at low speed about 1 minute; beat at medium speed 4 minutes.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.
  4. Bake in 350F (180C).
  5. oven until tests done with toothpick, for about an hour.
  6. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, invert onto rack or plate.
  7. Poke holes in cake with tines of fork; slowly pour glaze over.
  8. Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar.
  9. For the glaze, combine powdered sugar and liqueur; blend until smooth.
