Bacon And Cheese Waffles Recipe
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2 c. Pancake or possibly biscuit/baking mix
- 6 x To 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- In a medium bowl, beat egg; add in lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream and butter.
- Stir in pancake mix; mix well.
- Mix in bacon and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions till golden.
- Yield: 12 waffles (4 inch square)
