Easy Sweet Onion Dressing

• 1 large Spring onion
• 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil or vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 dash Pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Grainy mustard

1. Grate the sweet onions.
2. Put the dressing ingredients in a jar or empty salad dressing bottle and shake to combine.
