Barbecue Pig Feet Recipe
- 6 pig feet, cut in half
- 1 onion & 1/2 celery
- Spices are salt & pepper
- Vinegar (pour over)
- Barbecue sauce
- Garlic
- Cut the pig feet in half, cook them with celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Let them get half done, take them out, then put them in square pan.
- Add in a little vinegar and warm sauce on them.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over them, a little garlic.
- Cover, finish cooking in the oven.
