Barbecue Pig Feet Recipe

  1. Cut the pig feet in half, cook them with celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Let them get half done, take them out, then put them in square pan.
  3. Add in a little vinegar and warm sauce on them.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce over them, a little garlic.
  5. Cover, finish cooking in the oven.
