Glazed Peach Pie Recipe
- Baked pie shell
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. peach Jello
- 5 to 6 drops yellow food coloring (if you like)
- Fresh peaches, diced (can use canned peaches)
- Whipped cream
- Boil water, sugar, and cornstarch till clear.
- Add in peach Jello and stir till dissolved.
- Add in coloring and cold.
- Slice peaches into pie shell.
- Pour glaze over and chill.
- Top with whipped cream
