Bite Size Quiche Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients well.
  2. Fill well-greased mini-muffin tins 2/3 full.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 min.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
  5. These freeze well.
  6. Yield: 48-54 quiches.
  7. I like to use half cheddar cheese and half Mozzarella cheese.
