Mocha-Raspberry Parfaits

  1. Stir milk and coffee granules with whisk until coffee is dissolved.
  2. Beat in dry pudding mixes until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Place 2 Tbsp.
  5. OREO Pieces in each of 32 (8-oz.)
  6. parfait glasses (or in each of 8 glasses for trial recipe); top with 1/4 cup pudding.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  9. raspberries, 1 Tbsp.
  10. whipped topping and additional 1/2 tsp.
  11. OREO Pieces.
  12. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
