Mocha-Raspberry Parfaits
- 1 gal. cold fat-free milk
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 4 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
- 2 qt. OREO Pieces-Small, divided
- 1 qt. fresh raspberries
- 2 cups prepared sugar-free whipped topping
- Stir milk and coffee granules with whisk until coffee is dissolved.
- Beat in dry pudding mixes until well blended.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Place 2 Tbsp.
- OREO Pieces in each of 32 (8-oz.)
- parfait glasses (or in each of 8 glasses for trial recipe); top with 1/4 cup pudding.
- Repeat layers.
- Top each with 2 Tbsp.
- raspberries, 1 Tbsp.
- whipped topping and additional 1/2 tsp.
- OREO Pieces.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
