Via Veneto

• Ice
• 2 ounce Cognac
• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1/2 large pasteurized egg white (optional)
• Dash of sambuca
• 1 lemon twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the ingredients except the lemon twist and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
