Via Veneto
- Ice
- 2 ounce Cognac
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 large pasteurized egg white (optional)
- Dash of sambuca
- 1 lemon twist
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the ingredients except the lemon twist and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
