Creamy Egg Omu-hayashi

  1. Heat margarine in a frying pan and saute the mixed vegetables and bacon.
  2. Add the rice and stir-fry.
  3. Season with ketchup, salt, and pepper.

  5. Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar and salt.
