Awesome....Tiffin (no bake chocolate cake) plus ginger Tiffin

  1. In a pan gently melt the butter, sugar, syrup, milk and dark chocolate.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the biscuit and fruit
  3. Pour into a lined tin.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in pan or microwave 30 seconds high then stir then 30 seconds
  5. With a spoon drizzle white chocolate from a spoon all over the top
  6. Put in fridge to set - at least 5 hours then take out and cut into squares
  7. A little twist in my tiffin - ginger snaps (maybe someone in US can convert that please), with raisins and chunks of stem ginger - see my ginger cake recipe for details - and melted dark/milk chocolate mix drizzled (blobbed) over the top
