Hearty Cabbage Soup

  1. Pour broth into large pot.
  2. Open all four cans of tomatoes and pour into pot.
  3. Do not drain.
  4. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces.
  5. Place in pot.
  6. Half or quarter mushrooms.
  7. Place in pot.
  8. Mince garlic.
  9. Add to pot.
  10. Add rosemary.
  11. Bring to a boil.
  12. Stir often to ensure that all the cabbage cooks.
  13. Turn heat down and cook for 2 hours.
