Grilled Salmon Packets

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut fish into 4 pieces.
  3. Place 1 fish piece on centre of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spoon vegetables over fish.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  7. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  8. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  10. Drizzle 1 Tbsp.
  11. dressing over each serving.
