Turkey Burgers Perfecto

  1. Shape the turkey meat into 4 patties.
  2. Top each side of each patty with diced purple onion and green onions.
  3. Press them down into the patties and set them on a platter.
  4. Drizzle each patty evenly with Worcestershire and steak seasoning.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  7. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients for the sauce, put it in the refrigerator and keep it cold until ready to eat.
  8. Put patties onto the grill and cook them for about 7 minutes on each side until done.
  9. At about 2 minutes before pulling them off of the grill, add a slice of Havarti dill cheese to each patty and melt it over the burgers.
  10. When done, remove them from the grill.
  11. Top the bottom half of each bun with sauce, burger, tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado, and micro greens.
  12. Then add the top bun and dive in.
  13. Enjoy!
