Mom's Chocolate Candy Pie
- 1 9 inch graham cracker or chocolate cookie crumb pie shell
- 20 regular size marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 bar ( 8 ounces ) milk chocolate with almonds
- In a medium sauce pan, combine marshmallows and milk.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows are melted.
- Add chocolate bar, broken in several pieces; remove from heat; stir to melt chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream; fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pour into pie shell.
- If desired, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- Refrigerate pie at least 3 hours before serving.
