Easy Beef Brisket

• 3 pounds beef brisket
• 1 can soup, french onion
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 each baby food carrot, jar

1. Place brisket in crockpot, mix all other ingredients and pour over brisket.
2. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
3. Tastes best the next day when the liquid has been absorbed by the meat.
