Smokey Beer cheese
- 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz shredded smoked gouda cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup lager beer
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pepper to taste
- Combine cheese, garlic, beer, hot sauce, kosher salt and pepper in a food processor or blender; pulse until smooth.
