Slow Cooker Moo Shu Pork
- 12 cup hoisin sauce
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (16 ounce) bagshredded coleslaw mix
- 1 (10 ounce) bagshredded carrots
- 34 lb boneless pork loin, cut into 1/8 inch strips
- 12 flour tortillas (optional)
- scallion, strips (optional)
- 1.
- Stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sayce and cornstarch, set aside.
- 2.
- Place coleslaw mix and carrots in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle pork on top.
- Drizzle with 1/4 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture.
- Cover and cook High 4 hours or Low 6 hours.
- 3.
- Remove cover, stir in remaining 1/2 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture.
- 4.
- Heat tortillas (if using).
- Place 1/2 Celsius pork mixture in center and roll up.
- OR - serve on top of rice.
