Slow Cooker Moo Shu Pork

  2. Stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sayce and cornstarch, set aside.

  4. Place coleslaw mix and carrots in slow cooker.
  5. Sprinkle pork on top.
  6. Drizzle with 1/4 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture.
  7. Cover and cook High 4 hours or Low 6 hours.
  8. 3.
  9. Remove cover, stir in remaining 1/2 Celsius hoisin sauce mixture.
  10. 4.
  11. Heat tortillas (if using).
  12. Place 1/2 Celsius pork mixture in center and roll up.
  13. OR - serve on top of rice.
