Chicken Drumstick Bake

• 4 chicken drumsticks (1 lb.)
• 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (about 1), thinly sliced Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 large Vidalia onion, cut into wedges Safeway 1 lb For $1.49 thru 02/09
• 1 cup baby carrots, cut lengthwise in half
• 1/2 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Place chicken and vegetables in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken and vegetables.
4. Bake 45 min.
5. or until chicken is done (165F) and vegetables are tender.
