Beef 'N Potato Casserole Recipe
- 4 c. (1/2 of 30 ounce. bag) frzn potato rounds
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. broccoli
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 ounce. (1 c.) shredded cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Place potatoes on bottom and up sides of 8 x 12 inch casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 min.
- Brown beef in large chunks; drain.
- Place beef, broccoli, and 1/2 can onions in potato shell.
- Mix soup, lowfat milk, 1/2 c. cheese, and seasonings.
- Pour over beef mix.
- Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for 2-3 min.
