Asian-Style Chilled Pasta with Crab Mayonnaise Salad
- 160 grams Pasta
- 1/2 tin Tinned tuna
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Coriander (or daikon sprouts or shiso leaves)
- 3 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- 40 grams Imitation crab sticks
- 20 grams Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Extra virgin olive oil
- Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- Cut the tomato into bite sizes.
- It tastes better if you peel the tomato.
- Tear the coriander into small pieces.
- Drain the oil from the tinned tuna.
- Combine the dressing and the ingredients from Step 2.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Shred the imitation crab sticks and mix with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Cook the pasta.
- Drain and cool in cold water to firm up.
- Drain again.
- Mix with the chilled dressing from Step 3.
- Transfer the pasta onto a serving dish and place the shredded crab salad on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil!
