Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe

  1. Cover red Snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well.
  2. Saute/fry green onions and celery in till just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with mix.
  3. Bake Snapper at 425 F (45-50 min); remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and parsley.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. Servings: 4-6
