Baked Cajun Red Snapper Recipe
- 1 x (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) Whole red Snapper, scaled, gutted and rinsed in cool water
- 6 clv garlic, crushed
- 4 whl Green Onion Stalks
- 1 c. Green Onions, minced (green tops, included)
- 1 c. Celery, finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine Cajun Seasoning - to taste Paprika Fresh Parsley, minced - as a garnish
- Cover red Snapper completely with Cajun seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in well.
- Saute/fry green onions and celery in till just tender, then stuff cavity of fish with mix.
- Bake Snapper at 425 F (45-50 min); remove from oven and garnish with whole green onion stalks and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
