Tomato and Herb Bruschetta
- 1 1/2 pounds italian plum (roma) tomatoes halved,, seeded, chopped
- 13 cup basil fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon oregano fresh
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- 6 slices bread, white crusty, toasted
- Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut toasted bread in half.
- Spoon tomato mixture atop bread and serve.
