Zesty Meatballs and Rice

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended; shape into 16 meatballs.
  2. Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min.
  6. Cover.
  7. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  8. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  9. Fluff with fork before serving.
