Summer Ham and Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 12 cup chopped fully cooked ham
- 12 cup chopped broccoli floret
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup mayonnaise or 12 cup salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh marjoram or 34 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 14 teaspoon onion salt
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- lettuce leaf
- 8 slices herb bread or 8 slices whole wheat bread
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except lettuce and bread.
- Place lettuce leaf on 4 of the bread slices.
- Spoon egg mixture onto lettuce.
- Top with remaining bread.
