Super Hot Barbecued Wings
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp chilli oil
- 3 tbsp Hot sauce of your choice
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp pimento paste
- 16 chicken wings
- 3 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
- 1/2 of a freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 75 grams butter
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 crushed garlic
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together with the chicken wings.
- coat well.
- Let it sit in fridge 3 hours or more before barbecuing.
- When your ready to cook, place the wings on the barbecue for about 30-35 minutes.
- Turn the wings every 10 minutes or so.
- Put chicken wings in a pan with a lid once cooked, it keeps them warm and it'll be easier to coat the wings in the butter later.
- To do the sauce: Put the butter in a bowl or cup.
- Crush the garlic using your knife blade, be careful not to cut yourself though.
- Add the garlic, salt and lemon.
- Then on 30 second intervals melt in the microwave.
- Drizzle over the chicken wings.
- Shake the pan to coat the wings with the butter.
- And serve
