Broiled Lemon Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- vegetable oil
- Lightly flatten chicken to uniform thickness.
- For marinade combine Worcestershire sauce and next 4 ingredients pour over chicken.
- Cover and marinade 30 min turning once.
- Place chicken on broiler pan brush with oil broil 3-4 min on each side.
