Potato Rolls
- 3 -4 potatoes, 3-4
- 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon pepper, 1 tbsp
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 1 tsp
- 4 -5 slices bread, slices 4-5 (for one way)
- 100 g flour, 100 g
- 100 g cornflour, 100g
- 1 cup water, 1 cup (all last three ingredients are for second way)
- First way:.
- peel and boil the potatoes.
- then mash them with a potato masher.
- add salt and pepper to it.
- mix and add soya sauce.
- put mixture on bread slices.
- roll and deep fry.
- Second way:.
- follow all first four instructions .
- in a bowl,combine flour,cornflour and water.
- knead the dough and make flat patties.
- put mixture on it .
- roll and deep fry.
