Apple Juiced Pork Chops

• 4 pork chops
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup apple juice concentrate

1. Brown meat in butter.
2. Pour apple juice over top and simmer gently till juice is evaporated.
3. The sauce will get thick, sticky and browned at the end and requires constant attention.
4. Very yummy.
