A Tout a L'Heure

• 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 ounce pear eau-de-vie
• 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
• 1/2 ounce Verdelho-style Madeira
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 2 ounces chilled Champagne
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. In a chilled pint glass, combine all of the ingredients except the Champagne and the garnish and stir well.
2. Pour into a chilled flute.
3. Top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
