Crispy Sweet Tea Fried Chicken

  1. Let chicken marinate overnight in mixture.
  2. Add peanut oil to deep frying pan or skillet and heat to medium.
  3. In two separate bowls...beat your eggs in one and put your flour mixture in the other.
  4. Dip marinated chicken breast in egg...then flour...
  5. Egg...then flour again.
  6. Coating thoroughly.
  7. Drop in heated oil.
  8. Fry until both sides of chicken are golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. I usually give it 4 to 5 minutes each side, depending on the size of my chicken breast.
  10. When done, let drain on papertowel and serve with honey mustard :)
