Pork Sukiyaki
- 5 lb. pork butt
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 block tofu
- 2 cans sukiyaki no tomo
- 1 bunch watercress
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Shoyu
- Sugar
- Won bok (optional)
- Cut pork butt into bite size pieces and cube onion.
- Saute both until brown.
- Add equal parts shoyu and sugar until meat is covered.
- Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.
- Cut tofu into pieces, sukiyaki no tomo (be sure to chop noodles into pieces) and won bok.
- Add to pot.
- Simmer for an hour or until pork is very tender.
- After pork is cooked add watercress and bean sprouts.
- Continue to cook until cress is cooked down.
