Banana & Dark Chocolate Delights Crepes

  1. For Crepes: Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Let rest at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled 8-inch non-stick pan on medium heat.
  4. Ladle 1/4 cup batter into pan, tilting to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
  5. Cook 2 min.
  6. or until bottom of crepe is lightly browned.
  7. Loosen edge with a spatula; turn crepe over.
  8. Cook 2 min.
  9. or until lightly browned on second side.
  10. Repeat with remaining batter; keep warm.
  11. For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
  12. DELIGHTS onto 1 crepe.
  13. Top with about 6 banana slices.
  14. Roll or fold into desired shape.
