Pickled Vegetables Recipe
- 1 jar pimento, minced and liquid removed
- 1 can butter beans, liquid removed
- 1 can English peas, liquid removed
- 1 can green beans, liquid removed
- 1 onion, minced fine
- 1 green pepper, minced fine
- 2 stalks celery, minced fine
- Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
- Let stand in refrigerator for 24-48 hrs.
