Grilled Fruit with Honey and Ricotta

  1. Heat a grill pan over high heat.
  2. Spray pan lightly with canola oil.
  3. Grill fruit, cut side down, until marked and softened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with a dollop of ricotta cheese and drizzle with honey.
