Baked Cheese and Stuffing Casserole

• 2 cups water
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 1 (6 ounce) packageof savory herb seasoned stuffing mix
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 34 cup cheddar cheese, grated and divided

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Bring water and margarine to a boil.
3. Stir in stuffing mix; cover.
4. Remove from heat and let stand 5min.
5. Stir egg and 1/2c of the cheese into stuffing mixture until blended.
6. Spoon into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Bake 20min or until cheese on top is melted.
