Chocolate pecan pie
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Instant expresso ( dry )
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- pinch salt
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 Unbaked pie shell
- Pre heat oven to 350 F Mix the first 11 ingredients together mixing well then stir in pecan halves
- Pour filling into pie crust and bake for about 60 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack and refrigerate over night
