Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Georgia BBQ Sauce & Grilled Peach Relish
- Spicy Georgia BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 2 Tbsp. chili flakes
- Grilled Peach Relish
- 2 qt. peaches, pitted, grilled and diced
- 2 cups PLANTERS Pecan Halves, chopped
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 Tbsp. curly-leaf parsley, chopped
- 4 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. salt
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin
- pork tenderloins, trimmed of fat and silverskin, cut into 5-oz. portions
- 1 cup canola oil
- Spicy Georgia BBQ Sauce: Simmer ingredients in saucepan on low heat until heated through.
- Grilled Peach Relish: Combine ingredients.
- Grilled Pork Tenderloin: Brush each portion of meat with 1 Tbsp.
- oil.
- Grill on high heat 15 min.
- or until almost done, turning to cook all sides.
- Brush with 2 Tbsp.
- BBQ Sauce.
- Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest 5 min.
- Serve whole or sliced with 1/2 cup Grilled Peach Relish.
