Onion Roasted Potatoes
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
- 13 cup olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash and peel potatoes.
- Cut into chunks.
- Pour all ingredients into large plastic, resealable bag.
- Close bag and shake until potatoes are well coated.
- Place potatoes onto foil lined cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Potatoes are done when tender and golden brown.
