Vegetable Fritters With Yoghurt Dip

  1. Fritters:.Sift both flours into large bowl.
  2. Stir in garlic, garam masala, chili powder, cumin seeds and coriander.
  3. Mix.
  4. Make a well in the middle and stir in water.
  5. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
  6. Stir in Vegetables.
  7. Deep fry until golden brown.
  8. Dip:.Place cumin seeds in a small frying pan.
  9. Stir in medium heat for about 2 minutes, remove from heat and let it cool.
  10. Combine cumin seeds with remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
