Banana Pudding Cake Recipe
- 1 pkt Pillsbury Lite Cake mix
- 1 c. Sugar
- 15 ounce Crushed pineapple
- 1 pkt Dream Whip, prepared
- 4 ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 x Bananas
- 1/2 c. Grapenuts
- 6 x Maraschino cherries
- 3 x Egg Beaters
- Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with non-fat cooking spray.
- Pregeat oven to 350F.
- Prepare cake using 3 Egg Beaters (3/4 c).
- While cake is baking, mix sugar and pineapple in a saucrpan; boil 5 min.
- Remove cake from oven and prick top with fork.
- Pour pineapple mixtureover the top of cake.
- Cold completely.
- Prepare instant pudding with skim lowfat milk as directed on package.
- Spread on top of cooled cake.
- Slice bananas and place over top of pudding.
- Spread prppared Dream Whip over bananas.
- Sprinkle grape-nuts over the top.
- Slice the cherries in half and place on top of Dream Whip.
- Distribute proportionately over the top.
- Refrigerateal least 1 hour.
- Serves 20.
