Lobster Luau Recipe

  1. Drop tails into kettle of boiling, salted water.
  2. Boil for 5 min.
  3. Drain water and drench with cool water; cut through under shell with scissors.
  4. Remove meat and reserve shells, cut meat into bite-size pcs.
  5. Combine butter, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; blend well.
  6. Add in pineapple.
