Turkey/Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe
- 1 lg. fryer or possibly 1 med. whole turkey breast (prepackaged)
- 1 lg. onion
- 4 fat carrots
- 6 ounce. mushrooms (fresh)
- 1 med. cabbage
- 1 bunch fresh baby dill
- 2 lg. squash
- 4 new potatoes
- 1 Knorr brand chicken bouillon cube
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop vegetables into large chunks or possibly leave whole.
- Place in large soup pot with whole chicken/turkey breast.
- Cover with water.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hrs.
- Add in your own vegetable combinations, but the fresh baby dill is a must.
