Chicken n Cashew Wrap
- 1/2 cups Baked Chicken (cubed)
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Pure Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Whole Salted Cashews
- 1 whole 8-inch White Or Wheat Flour Tortilla
- Condiments Of Your Choice, Such As Arugula, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado, Cheese
- In a mixing bowl, add cubed chicken, yogurt, honey, and black pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Add cashews and fold them into the mixture.
- Lay your tortilla flat on a clean work surface and add any condiments you like in the center.
- Add chicken and cashew mixture, fold the side of tortilla inward, and roll up.
- Cut in half if desired.
- This is a favorite of mine for lunch.
