Mansion Crab Salad

  1. Vinaigrette: In jar combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
  3. Set aside until ready for use.
  4. Salad: In a bowl filled with warm water soak seaweed until soft.
  5. Dice after softening.
  6. In a large bowl combine cucumbers, seaweed, sprouts, ginger, crab and vinaigrette, being careful not to break up the crabmeat.
  7. Place salad in mounds on a plate and garnish with scallion.
