Vietnamese Green Papaya Shrimp Salad

  1. Prepare the Nuoc Cham.
  2. Boil the shrimp in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Shell, devein, and slice in half.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a salad bowl, combine the shredded papaya, shredded carrot, shrimps, cilantro (or mint), chopped chili pepper, Nuoc Cham, and mix well.
  6. Serve.
